Soft Girl Reset is a monthly wellness and creativity series designed for teen girls ages 16–18 to slow down, connect with each other, and explore the real experiences of growing up in today’s world. Each session centers around a featured voice, a hands-on activity, and honest conversation.
We’ll explore self-perception, beauty standards, entrepreneurship, mental wellness, and more through an authentic, empowering, and creative lens.
This month, we’re thrilled to welcome Chef Campbell of Anomaly Catering for a dynamic conversation on healthy eating and entrepreneurship. She’ll share valuable insights and personal stories from her journey as a chef, mother, and proud Milwaukee resident.
Afterward, participants will express themselves through a ceramic painting session led by Blk Girl Space. Not feeling the paintbrush? No worries — you can head outside for some fresh air and dive into a guided journaling prompt focused on personal reflection and self-expression.
We’ll close the day with Heart to Table — a shared meal and meaningful conversation. This open group discussion, led by Vibez Creative Arts Space and paired with dinner and an etiquette lesson from Anomaly Catering, invites attendees to express what’s really going on: the challenges they’re navigating, recent wins, personal needs, and future goals. These honest conversations help shape upcoming Soft Girl Reset sessions and inform the resources we continue to provide.

- This event is free to attend; however, a $10 refundable reservation fee is required to secure your spot. The fee will be fully refunded within 48 hours of attendance. In the event of a no-show, the fee will be donated to Vibez Creative Arts Space in support of their ongoing community initiatives.
- Can’t pay the $10 hold fee? No problem. Please email us at info@theuptownsociety.com to be added to the registration list.
- Dinner provided courtesy of Anomaly Catering
- Phone check-in required – All attendees will be asked to check their phones for the duration of the event (you’ll still have access in case of emergency).
- Age verification – Given the nature of our conversations, participants may be asked to provide proof of age upon arrival.
- Everything you need is provided – Art supplies, journals, snacks, and beverages are all included.
- Reservations open monthly – Each session will open for registration one month in advance.
