About This Event
Experience the historic home – turned museum – of industrialists, socialites and collectors Sarah and Charles Allis on Milwaukee's East Side with a guided tour every third Saturday of the month.
Built in 1911, the Charles Allis Art Museum was designed as both a home and art space by Sarah and Charles Allis. The Museum houses the Allis Art Collection which spans the globe and thousands of years of history. Enjoy a docent-led tour of the home, its collection, history and exhibitions.

Charles Allis Art Museum is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization enriching Milwaukee’s quality of life by creating opportunities for residents and visitors to experience history, culture, and the arts, in particular by offering vibrant exhibitions and performances in a stately and intimate urban mansion, which permanently houses the art collection of Sarah and Charles Allis.
