About This Event

Discover the transformative power of breathwork beside beautiful Lake Michigan at the Villa Terrace Art Museum this summer. Sessions will be guided by professional breathwork practioners Shanice Hemphill or Paul Koepnick-McKay.

Breathing helps regulate the body, profoundly influencing well-being. Breathwork is the practice of mindful and controlled breathing exercises to improve your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Breathwork aims to release stagnant energy and emotions while promoting balance, peace and restoration.

Bring a yoga mat, water and a blanket for maximum comfort. A limited number of mats will be available for use.

Join us in the Renaissance Garden on select Saturdays at 11 a.m.
