"Breathing Vitality & Wellness into Your Life: Intro to Somatic Breathwork Workshop"
Start your New Year off right with Morgan Hallenbeck of Back to Eden LLC. This 90 minute workshop includes education and an immersive breathwork journey. Morgan will provide participants with eye masks, journals, and handouts. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat and are encouraged to bring any additional comfort items such as pillows or blankets.
With Morgan you'll explore
- What functional breathing actually is
- How breath shapes your brain, emotions, and nervous system
- Why so many of us are over- or under-breathing without realizing
- Stress, trauma, stored emotions, and the window of tolerance
- Benefits for sleep, digestion, clarity, immunity, mood, and energy
Approximate schedule
- 10:45am - Welcome (please allow enough time for parking and orientation to the space)
- 11:00am - Breathwork instruction and education
- 11:40am - Breathwork journey
- 12:20pm - Re-entry
